Privacy policy.
Last updated September 16, 2026. Written to be read rather than to be survived. If anything here is unclear, write to assistant@agenticensemble.ai and we will answer in plain words.
We collect what you send us when you get in touch, and the ordinary security logs that keep a website standing up. The platform runs on your own servers, so your files, your plans and your results never reach us at all. We do not sell anything to anyone, and we do not use your data to train a model.
Who we are.
Agentic Ensemble LLC, headquartered in Washington, DC, is the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us at assistant@agenticensemble.ai
What we collect, and why
| What | Why we have it | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|
| What you send through the early-access form, name, email address, organisation, the goal in a sentence, and anything else you add, with the technical details that come with it: IP address, country, and browser type. | To answer you, to carry on a conversation you started, and to screen out automated abuse. We do not add you to a marketing list from a contact form. | While the conversation is live, and for 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. |
| Server and security logs: IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, timestamps. | To keep the site available, diagnose faults, and detect abuse. This is ordinary web-server and network-protection logging. | Up to 30 days in normal operation, longer only where an active security investigation requires it. |
| Things you choose to send: documents or details shared during an evaluation. | To do the evaluation you asked for. | Returned or deleted at the end of the evaluation, or on request. |
We do not collect special-category data, we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
What the platform itself never sends us.
This is the part most privacy policies cannot say, so it is worth saying clearly.
- The platform is self-hosted. It runs on servers you control, in your network, against your storage.
- The files you upload, the plans you sign, the transcripts, the ledger and the results are written to your systems, not ours.
- We have no standing access to a customer deployment. If we need to look at something to help you, you grant that access deliberately and you can withdraw it.
- Inference uses your provider account under your contract with that provider, so their terms govern that traffic, not ours.
- Provider credentials stay in your vault and are attached to outbound requests at your gateway.
- Neither we nor the product use your content to train any model. There is no training pipeline in the platform.
Who else touches this data.
Two, and only two. Each acts on our instructions under its data-processing terms.
| Provider | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare: hosting and network | Serves this website and protects it from attack, and processes request logs on our behalf. Keeps a copy of each form submission so nothing is lost if email delivery fails, and screens submissions for automated abuse. |
| Google Workspace: the contact form and our email | Form submissions are passed to a script in our own Google Workspace account, written to a spreadsheet we control, and emailed to one inbox. They are not sent through a third-party form service, and they are not copied anywhere beyond Cloudflare and Google Workspace. |
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. We will disclose data if the law compels us to, and we will tell you unless we are forbidden from doing so. If the business is ever sold or reorganised, any data transferred goes with the same obligations attached.
Your rights, and how to use them.
- A copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- A correction if it is wrong.
- Deletion of it, where we have no overriding reason to keep it.
- A restriction on how we use it, or an objection to our using it at all.
- Portability: the data in a machine-readable form.
- To withdraw consent at any time where consent is what we relied on.
- Write to assistant@agenticensemble.ai: one email is enough, and there is no form.
- We answer within 30 days, and sooner in most cases.
- We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
- If you are in the UK or EU and we have not resolved it, you may complain to your supervisory authority. If you are in California, the CCPA rights above apply to you and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.
Our lawful bases
Where UK or EU law applies, we rely on legitimate interests to answer enquiries and to keep the site secure, and on consent where you have given it, for example, if you ask to be kept informed. Where we process data on behalf of a customer during an evaluation, we act as a processor under that customer’s instructions.
Cookies, security, transfers, changes.
- This site uses only what is strictly necessary to serve pages and resist attack. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
- Because nothing here profiles you, there is no consent banner to dismiss.
- Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to the little data we hold is limited to people who need it.
- If a breach affects your personal data and the law requires notice, we will notify you and the relevant regulator within the statutory window.
- We are based in the United States and our providers may process data outside your country.
- Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved mechanism, with the safeguards those require.
- This is a business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
- If we change this policy we will change the date at the top and, for anything material, say so on the site rather than quietly editing it.
